• Only gas and electric barbecues are allowed
• Please make sure to have a fire extinguisher at hand
• When you smoke, please make sure the cigarette is completely put out and please throw it in the ashtray

On the day of departure check out before 10 o'clock.

• Leave the accommodation tidy and clean. 
• Make sure the dishes have been washed and everything has been put back in the right place.
• take the waste to the reclycling area (milieustraat on the map)
• Remove the bed linen from the beds and put it in a pillowcase

Arrival 
Please check the accommodation immediately upon arrival. Please report any damage, loss or missing inventory to the reception within 2 hours of arrival. 

Visit 
Visitors must report to reception. The tenant is responsible for registering the guests and their behaviour during their stay. 

Fire safety and barbecues 
Open fire or the use of a fire basket at the park is not permitted. Barbecuing is only permitted if you use an electric or gas barbeque. 

Pets 
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and can be walked outside the park. Dogs are not allowed on the beach, the sunbathing area, in the water, in the playground or in the toilet buildings. 

Complaints 
Despite the good care taken by the personnel at the resort, it may happen that you have a complaint. In this case, please report it to reception immediately. 

Environmental care
Please dispose  all household waste in the waste disposal containers which can be found on the visitors'parking and at the crossing in front of appartment 100. 

Night rest 
Between 23.00 h and 6.00 h, there must not  be any noise and no traffic is allowed at the resort (with the exception of emergency vehicles). Each guest has to respect the privacy and peace and quiet of the other guests. 
In the event of nuisance, access to the resort may be denied. 
The sound of any device must not be audible outside the accommodation.

Barriers 
The barriers are closed between 23.00 h and 6.00 h for incoming traffic. 

Traffic at the park 
The maximum speed at the resort is 5 km/h. 

We have two electric charging stations so 4 charging points.

Dogs are allowed to swim across the swimming beach, not between people. You can cross the bridge to the other side at chalet 400.

We have a launderette at the holiday park. A washing coin costs 5 euros including detergent. A drying coin is 3 euros per 20 minutes. These are available at reception.

Dogs are definitely welcome. There are off-leash areas in Lommel and Mol. Be sure to drop by reception for the best tips from the area, hiking or cycling routes or fun routes to walk the dog.

Both possible by train from Mol Station. Free parking at the station. Antwerp has a direct connection from Mol.
