For current train schedules and travel information, please consult the Belgian National Railway Company (NMBS). There are excellent rail connections to Mol from various cities in Belgium and the Netherlands.
From Mol railway station, you can easily continue your journey to the park by bus, taxi, or bicycle.

Welcome to EuroParcs Zilverstrand! To help you enjoy a pleasant and carefree stay, please take note of the following information.
Arrival
Please inspect your accommodation immediately after arrival.
Any damage, missing inventory, or other issues must be reported to reception within 2 hours of arrival.
Visitors
Visitors must register at reception upon arrival.
The tenant is responsible for registering visitors and for their behaviour during their stay at the resort.
Fire Safety and Barbecues
For everyone's safety:
- Open fires are not permitted.
- Fire pits are prohibited.
- Barbecuing is only allowed when using an electric barbecue or gas barbecue.
Pets
Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times.
Dogs are not allowed:
- On the beach
- On the sunbathing lawn
- In the water
- In playgrounds
- In sanitary facilities
Please walk your dog outside the resort and always clean up after your pet.
Complaints
Should you experience any issues during your stay, please report them directly to reception so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Waste Disposal
All household waste must be disposed of in the designated waste containers.
These can be found:
- At the visitor parking area behind reception
- At the intersection near apartment 100
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours apply between:
11:00 PM and 6:00 AM
During this period, no vehicle traffic is permitted within the resort, except in emergencies.
Please respect the privacy and peace of fellow guests.
Audio equipment and music must not be audible outside your accommodation.
In cases of nuisance or disturbance, access to the resort may be revoked.

The entrance barriers are closed to incoming traffic between:

If you arrive outside reception opening hours, you can make use of a key safe. We kindly ask you to inform reception of your expected arrival time in advance so that your arrival can be arranged smoothly.

We recommend inspecting your accommodation and inventory immediately upon arrival to ensure everything is complete and in good condition.
If you notice any issues with the inventory, cleanliness, or accommodation, please report them to reception within 2 hours of arrival so we can resolve them as quickly as possible.

Yes, absolutely! Upon arrival, we kindly ask you to first check in at the reception. After that, you are free to use all park facilities, including the swimming pool, swimming lake and indoor playground. On the day of departure, you are also welcome to continue enjoying the facilities for the rest of the day after checking out.

Yes. When booking an accommodation or glamping tent, bed linen is mandatory and included as standard. Pillows and duvets are also provided. In addition, you can optionally book a comfort or deluxe package for extra convenience during your stay.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. Our group accommodation is very popular and often fully booked. As a result, the cleaning team does not have enough time to prepare the accommodation for new guests if an early check-in is added.

Certainly! Everyone is welcome to enjoy our facilities. Wristbands/tickets for the indoor swimming pool and the swimming lake are available during reception opening hours. Online reservations are not required. The indoor and outdoor playgrounds are freely accessible.

These facilities are offered through an external partner and can easily be reserved in advance via the EuroParcs Zilverstrand website.
After your reservation, you can collect the keys for the bikes, go-karts or e-choppers at the reception.
Go-kart rental can be found on the website under “bike rental” and then “per hour”. Go-karts are rented by the hour, while bikes are available from sunrise to sunset.

The cosy centre of Mol is located just 5 kilometres from the park and is perfect for a short trip. Lommel and Geel are also lovely nearby towns to visit.

The fastest and easiest way to reach Antwerp city centre is by train via the Belgian railway network NMBS. Tickets can easily be booked in advance through the Belgian Train website.
The nearest train station is located approximately 5 kilometres from the park and offers free parking facilities.

In front of the reception, you will find a bus stop where you can easily use the dial-a-bus service. By scanning the available QR code, you can reserve the service, after which the bus will pick you up at your chosen time.
You can also easily rent a bike through the website and cycle approximately 5 kilometres to the centre of Mol.

A late check-out can only be booked from the second-to-last day of your stay onwards. This is because the accommodation may already be booked again for new guests, possibly including an early check-in.

No, unfortunately a late check-out is not possible for camping pitches. However, you can book an additional night at a reduced rate.

The opening hours of the restaurants, swimming pool and other facilities are updated weekly on our website. During the school holidays, all facilities are open every day.

There is a laundry room available. A washing coin costs 5 euros including detergent. A drying coin is 3 euros per 20 minutes. These are available at reception.
