Lommelse Sahara

The Lommel Sahara owes its name to its special landscape: a large sandy plain with blue lakes, heaths and pine and deciduous forests. For young and old, this area is wonderful to explore on foot. The blue hiking trail is perfect for the little ones and on the way, you will come across the big smooth snake and the tree lark. Climb the 30-metre-high watchtower and you will be rewarded with a beautiful view of the Sahara.
